Called them because we have a valve that is leaking and our gas was shut off. I was totally prepared to throw money at them to get this fixed. Was yelled at by a man about how expensive it is and how much work goes into it (sounded like he was venting to us about the process) and then hung up immediately. Definitely won’t ever consider them for anything!

Very terrible attitude, felt like I was being yelled at for making the problem worse...that's why I called the company in the first place! Also, price was so unreasonable I had him leave before service was performed as I felt taken advantage of as a layperson. Good thing I did, easiest fix, didnt get yelled at, and charged only 20% from the other company.
Brecksville Plumbing and Sewer repaired my sewer and gas line. They were very easy to work with!
