I am newly resident here in Breckinridge point.The management is friendly and very cooperative.
Been moved out from this apartment, but still got debt collector mailed me even though we choose non refundable for the cleaning, trash,etc. I asked the officer when i move out if i owe anything else, because i receive a final move out statement, and surprisingly she said no. Weeks later, a notice from debt collector and they told me to contact with the agency when i chose nonrefundable fee when i move in. I had such a great experience at Breckinridge Point Apartments. Vianey was absolutely wonderful—she was so welcoming, supportive, and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions with patience and made me feel very comfortable. I truly appreciate her kindness and the way she went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you, Vianey, for making the experience so positive!
There is nothing at these apartments that is worth the price they're asking for. The apartments are old, the "renovated" apartments come across as landlord specials, and of course there are cockroaches. None of the gates have worked for longer than a week. Property management has changed twice in two years. It's just not worth the prices at all.
