I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment and asked the office for help opening the garage. My name is on the lease, but they refused to assist because I am under 18 years old. As a result, I had to wait more than 7 hours for my mom to come home and let me in. This was an extremely frustrating experience. While I understand that policies exist, there should be a reasonable way to verify a resident's identity and help in situations like this.
