This place claims to be a “luxury” apartment, but the reality is completely different. The maintenance service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with, and the staff is unresponsive and unhelpful. It takes forever to get anything fixed, and most of the time you don’t even get a call back. They advertise these apartments as high-end, yet my unit has no ceiling fans, no automatic thermostat, and an old refrigerator that looks like it hasn’t been replaced in years. This apartment complex has gone completely downhill under the new management. The service is absolutely terrible — maintenance is unresponsive, issues are never fixed on time, and the staff shows no sense of responsibility or care for residents. The previous management was far better and at least made an effort to keep things running smoothly. Now it feels like no one cares at all. Terrible experience! & didn’t even move In!
DO NOT MOVE HERE This place has been ridiculous and difficult to work with since they changed management companies This apartment has refused to refund fees for overcharges and wrong charges that were added to my account when they took over and its been several months TO THIS DAY I still have no received a single email about my refunds and I don't believe I will I will be looking into suing this propery because this is absurd after COUNTLESS requests that have been ignored This complex was fantastic prior to this transition ... read more
