May of 2025 I had shoulder surgery and end up spending one night. The surgical staff were class A. Nurses and Aide staff in the patients room that watched over me that night were very kind and generous. I would stay again if need to be.
Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable
Went to the emergency room Saturday evening. I have copd and needed help breathing. The nurse was amazing. But the doctor was horrible and bad bedside manners. I had lost my voice and was having trouble swollening. She did nothing not even look at mt troat. Was rude and refused to give me anything to bring down my blood pressure which was at a dangerous level. All she gave me was help on my breathing and sent me on my way. Fantastic service twice now! Both my Husband and I have been seen in the ER / 24/7 clinic. Each time every staff member we talked with showed a ton of care. And look, I have over 10 years of retail experience, I know when people are faking it or rushing around. We received excellent advice, everyone took time to listen, and answered all of our questions and concerns.
