Quality is poor, but workers were at least friendly in person. All the negative reviews that claim they do not perform jewelry repairs or withstand to their 'satisfaction guarantee' claims are unfortunately true. Best jewelry and fossil store in Breckenridge
I don’t know which I loved more, seeing the most stunning and fascinating crystals and fossils or Jill, the lady working there. She was absolutely amazing, so friendly, and gave me directions to see spectacular views of town.
Do not allow these people to ship anything to you!!!After paying $300 for shipping. It took weeks for them to “ build a crate”. After waiting 6 additional weeks from the agreed on delivery. They shipped it postage due through FedEx. Every time I call I’m put on hold and no one ever returns to the phone.
Ordered a second ring from website, color was a bit too dark, Lauren worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect ring and made the exchange easy!!!
