Quality is poor, but workers were at least friendly in person. All the negative reviews that claim they do not perform jewelry repairs or withstand to their 'satisfaction guarantee' claims are unfortunately true. Took a risk after reading some reviews and then experienced it first-hand, when the chain on my sterling-silver gold plated necklace broke after just 1 week.
