Do not allow these people to ship anything to you!!!After paying $300 for shipping. It took weeks for them to “ build a crate”. After waiting 6 additional weeks from the agreed on delivery. They shipped it postage due through FedEx. Every time I call I’m put on hold and no one ever returns to the phone.
Ordered a second ring from website, color was a bit too dark, Lauren worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect ring and made the exchange easy!!!
First of all, the salesman tried to make me feel stupid by telling me Armenta Jewelry is pronounced like Armani. Um….no it isn’t. It’s a Spanish based word. He also told me it’s Italian based. It’s USA made. He also accused my friend that tried on a bracelet of stealing g and demanded he show her where she returned it. VERY RUDE and DO NOT RECOMMEND
They do not know how to fix jewlery. Do not go here for anything jewlery related in Breckenridge they will just rip you off. Lauren very rude and unprofessional as she had made my wife cry as well when coming to pick up our chain that is now in pieces because Lauren was so disrespectful. I brought my necklace in last week just to get a link fixed. What should have been a very simple and cheap and easy job was not that at all. I brought in a gold rope chain to be repaired and left it with them for two weeks. They initially called me with an estimate of $100, and after my husband followed up and mentioned that we were local, they lowered the price to $70. Shortly after, we received another call saying the repair would now cost $200 because there was an additional brittle link that needed fixing.
