I’d stay away if I were you! I wish we had taken the negative reviews towards DR Horton seriously. This builder is a joke, we should’ve questioned some things that we did not for example the slant the back yard has. Our backyard is not level which makes it hard to do anything back there. All of our lawn has low spots, they spent no money on flattening any of it. Granted we did get free sod and sprinklers which was one of their selling points. Mike From DR Horton helped me tremendously with my 11 month inspection warranty items that needed to be looked at or fixed. He had lots of patience for someone such as myself who Ask a lot of questions. He also went above and beyond and showed me how to properly install my AC filter and how to keep mold from building up in the unit. Very personable And helpful. Thanks, Mike.
