Don't delete my comment again! Stay away. No proper drainage on both sides of house (pay or buy your own gutters). Many backyards not leveled, so muddy puddles everywhere, on top of poor drainage. Tells us to write the serial numbers down for non working street lights and call Centerpoint ourselves. Will send incompetent workers to "fix" stuff under one year warranty, but barely fix the issue.
