I visited a friend’s house and they have a unit upstairs, in the front of the apts at that! They don’t care about residential satisfaction at all lol they just got a new name . Do not rent from theses apartments, they can never keep staff in the leasing office, billing and leases are always wrong took them weeks to send lease and it was wrong first few times. Manger Annet is very unprofessional and is lazy and does not have patience for her job. Can never give you a straight answer for their mistakes instead of just owning they made the mistake. Terrible experience and can’t wait till my lease is up.
I was never a resident here. I was hired to facilitate the move of a disabled resident. For one, I did not feel safe in this community during daylight hours. At one point, a resident adjacent to the unit I was working in had gotten into an argument with her boyfriend and started throwing his belongings out the door. Look elsewhere for your new apartment! They will not request such high renter's insurance. Please take these reviews seriously. I didn't and paid the price for believing Annette when she said "new management and we are cleaning the place up" RUN RUN RUN...FAST.... Spend a couple extra hundred and find someplace much nicer with consistent fees. My problems started immediately with never seeing the unit until I took possession. PLEASE, do not move here. Horrible apartments. Take your money elsewhere. First of all, roaches EVERYWHERE. No matter how clean you are these apartments are infested with them. Second, maintenance does not do ANYTHING EVER unless you haunt them down and even then they take forever. Third, people in the office are always changing! So good luck on who you get as a manager.
