Maintenance has been great, recently needed washer replaced, and stove burners all handled promptly.
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received while trying to request maintenance for my washer, which I rent for $50 per month. I followed the procedure outlined to me by the leasing agent and asked to leave a message with emergency maintenance in hopes of resolving the issue before the weekend. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. We’ve lived here for 5 years and it’s just progressively getting worse. 5/30 another update about this place. After getting home from working all day. I received an email at 5:35pm but the email from the office was time stamped at 4:41, my husband did not receive the email til 5:35 as well. This email stated we would not have water for up to an hour. It’s now 10pm and we are still without water. No notice. No water to use the bathroom with kids, cook dinner, wash dishes.
