Edit 2: The manager Annette is so sweet to us and genuinely felt bad about our situation (give people respect, get it in return-they could only do so much) our new one bedroom is LURVELY! Love the closet and the big bathroom with LOADS of storage space (seriously if this was remodeled any further another sink could be added in that one side!) This apartment complex absolutely sucks. My son cannot get maintenance to come out and fix their washer/ dryer. They’ve been doing laundry at my house over 2 months now. Horrible for everyone
I lived here with my family when I was a teenager. And was seriously considering moving from Tempe to go live there again. However, apon reading the reviews, I see that not much has changed. The staff in the office was rude and unhelpful then as they are now. And it sounds like the new owner has an answer and excuse for everything. Basically calling her tenants liars in her responses.
