Maintenance has been great, recently needed washer replaced, and stove burners all handled promptly.
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received while trying to request maintenance for my washer, which I rent for $50 per month. I followed the procedure outlined to me by the leasing agent and asked to leave a message with emergency maintenance in hopes of resolving the issue before the weekend. However, during this process, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the agent Shakeela Dawan, who laughed during the call — prompting me to hang up out of frustration.... read more
