THEY LEFT ME HOMELESS! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST! I paid a deposit, signed a lease, quit my job and transferred all my utilities to move from New Hampshire to Nashville. The day before I was set to move down, they called me and said the previous tenant was no longer moving out and that they didn’t have anywhere for me to stay. They left me HOMELESS. I don’t understand how this is legal but signing a lease with them is not worth potentially losing housing over. Absolutely terrible.
Be ready for a ton of move out expenses, crappy living conditions, and little to no communication unless they find a discrepancy where they can charge you out the rear for. 10/10 would not recommend Edit: also my motorcycle got stolen from the parking lot which is apperantly not an uncommon thing here
Move out experience was about as helpful as the whole living experience. There was little to no communication, and a day before move out, we were contacted about move out policies, when the office was going to be closed. We were charged for what I think is unfair reasons, and we were overall extremely unhappy with the most of our time at Breckenridge. Save yourself the hassle, live somewhere else. Horribly run and the neighbors are pretty awful too.
Another slum lord apartment complex who retroactively tries to tack on fees because they are worthless.
