Would highly recommend steering clear from this place. Maintenance team is good but the office staff are horrible. They constantly switch staff causing confusion in situations, never answer their phones, never respond to emails, and all around just an awful experience. Very depressing community and would recommend taking your money elsewhere. Glad I decided to leave this place.
The office is always closed and everything is expensive. There is no proper customer service. Even when the staff are inside, they don’t open the door to welcome residents. They make promises and offer discounts just to get you to renew your lease, but after renewal, they don’t apply anything they promised.
Tai and the team are super helpful. The experience has been great. Hopefully this team is here to stay!!!!
