My son and I moved here after COVID. I've personally never used any of the amenities here, but the grounds are always kept well and the maintenance team are very reliable in my experience (3x in 3 years for small things.) Always friendly. Even when I broke the toilet line and water was spraying everywhere they picked up and they helped even though it was 100% my fault. Billy seems to maintain a pretty good team. I would like to share my very pleasant expierence with Lindsay Minardo she was very helpful with my everything going from talking to us greatly and helping me open my mail box she is part of the reason why it was such a smooth process for us.
Ever since new manager, Lindsay, started managing our community, people that were going to move-out have decided to stay inside. Changes have been noticed. I really would like to thank her soooo much for the great change and the great efforts she is doing for us .
I previously left a positive review, but I have since deleted it, because it no longer reflects how I feel about living at Breckenridge. For two weeks, the mailbox door has been broken and USPS has not been able to deliver the mail. The complex owners are dragging their feet to fix this problem, just like they do everything else around here. The hallways are dirty, and they often smell. The electric bill is a submetering plan so we often pay 3 to 4x more than we should, and the internet is terrible and often goes out. This i... read more
CAN SOMEONE FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH ME ABOUT THE BED BUG INFESTED UNIT I WAS MOVED INTO LESS THAN 30 DAYS AGO??? I’ve send several emails to both property management and to Ackermann. No one is communicating with me and you have a teenager running the office!!!
