Had dry needling with .Aldana. Excellent. Quick recovery. Would highly recommend
Although I am very satisfied with Dr. Val, and he gets 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆, the staff are quite rude. Today Tammy gave me an ECG. She was very uncommunicative and treated me like an idiot. She never explained anything but just spoke rudely. I felt she really didn't like her job at all. Tammy gets 1 star. ☆ Receptionists are quite businesslike but many are also quite rude They get 2 stars☆☆.. Over the year I have been a patient at Brecken Health many staff have made me feel like a 2nd class citizen. The average is 3 stars☆☆☆.
Lovely staff they are all always polite and kind and I couldn't ask for a better place to see my gp
Either the receptionist didn’t pass my urgent message to Dr. Alejandra Olgiatti ( called 2 times) or the Doctor didn’t care about my current situation and results as I never had a call back. (It’s been 2 weeks) Either way what a disappointment, no empathy at all, they really don’t care about our health.
I just received an excellent customer service from Nicky the receptionist a today 6/9/25 . thanks
