I attended the walk in clinic on Sunday. All staff, reception and the doctor, were friendly and helpful. Yes, there was a wait to get in but, I expect that as it was out of normal hours. Thank you to both receptionists and the GP I saw on the weekend. You were all very kind and helpful.
Much better than other practices near me
I will never attend this surgery again. Been going here for years but now the communication is really bad and have disrespectful doctors
There is a sign in the waiting room that says if you have been waiting longer than 15 minutes, please notify the main reception. It doesn’t tell me what to do after you’ve been waiting 1.5 hours.
