Extremely unimpressed. I made an appointment for 10am Sat 14th. Confirmed by text and I replied to the text with a confirmation and no-one was there for the appointment.
My elderly parents, who are not usually keen to go to the Dr's have started seeing Dr Imran Hilal at Brecken Health in Busselton. I've attended some of the appointments and I cannot thank Dr Imran, the practice and staff including Sandra, Renae (always going out of the way to make sure patients have a great experience) and Melissa (in pathology) enough. So fortunate to have such inclusive and thorough medical care. We are so grateful as a family.
This was one of the most pleasant doctors I've been to! The staff where friendly and professional. I travel a lot and to be able to continue my various health issues along the way isn't easy except hear! I've only had one other doctors in Australia wide come close to these guys and girls! And thank you to the reception staff for the warm welcomes and professionalism! See you all when I'm back this side of the country!
