Visiting from Perth and my Dad was feeling unwell. Had a very positive experience at Brecken Health. Was able to get an appointment for him the same morning. Reception, nurse and pathology all very polite and helpful. Dr Butt was very friendly, thorough and reassuring. Thank you all, saved us a lot of unnecessary worry to get him reviewed so promptly.

I can recommend Dr Charles Prasad and Dr Simon Moss, both great people. However the receptionist I spoke to and the office manager are shady and unethical. I was told that for a phone call giving me ultrasound results lasting 1 minute and 52 seconds I would be charged 45$, I disputed this and was told I absolutely have to pay it. I refused and then later was told it’s actually 19.60$, simply abhorrent business practice. I have found Brecken Health to be welcoming and very helpful. I have always secured a timely appointment. My time spent with Dmy doctor has always been respectful, informative and provided me with the help and support I needed at the time. At no time did I feel rushed or have a sense that my time was up and time to go. I am very pleased I found Brecken Health and that I have been able to become a patient. Val Faulkner
