Shawna was one of the best vendors we hired for our wedding day. We hired her for day of coordination, but she helped so much more than the day. She is so organized and starts meeting with you months before the wedding. She put together the entire timeline of the event, coordinated with other vendors leading up to the wedding and made sure everything was set up according to how I wanted it all to look. Shawna was an amazing vendor and person to have throughout our wedding planning journey and our wedding day. She navigated a million and one questions from the bride, and bumped up her timeline when asked (because the bride is such a planner herself). Shawna was extremely helpful on our wedding day with coordinating the wedding decor, wedding prep, venue's staff, and getting us through a rain and lightening delay (thank you mountain wedding). Hired them for day-of coordination and Shawna did a fantastic job. I could not imagine carving out time to do all the set up (including a piano) and clean up the day of our wedding, we were already on such a tight schedule and she was a lifesaver. Very warm and easy to coordinate and share your vision with. Also she showed up with a steamer in under 15 minutes when I told her mine broke and my veil was a mess. Thank you Shawna!
We had a great time working alongside Shawna and Breck Mtn. Weddings for a pair of weddings at Silverthorne Pavilion a few weeks ago. Shawna was friendly, communicative, easy-going and a total asset as we navigated a few weddings with particular challenges. Shawna also took in the initiative to call me with a some last minute info the week of one of the weddings which I always appreciate! I would recommend working with Shawna and her team again and look forward to working with them again soon!!
