My mother had a terrible experience with this doctor and one of the other partners. Their care was horrible and heartless. They do not even deserve one star. If they are so miserable with their career and lives they should just leave the medical profession instead of taking their frustration out on the patients!
I went to Dr. Brechtelsbauer under a referral because I have mixed hearing loss. I have had several sets of hearing aids over the last 40 years and none seemed to help with the type of loss I was dealing with. When I went to Dr. Brechtelsbauer he recommended the BAHA implant. He did the surgery to put the screw in and it seemed forever to wait for the area to fuse and heal for me to get the BAHA device. It was only 4 months but the time couldn't go fast enough for me.
