What was meant to be a simple real-estate transaction, buying a home, turned messy because the firm’s calculations were incorrect. The day before closing the error was caught and we had little time to bridge the gap. Fortunately, the firm took ownership and extended a bridge loan (with interest) to cover their calculation error so things worked out, which is why I decided to bring them up from a one to a three star.
