Worst trailer court management in town. Cost of lot rent goes up bi annually and it's already the most expensive in town. Had to get a lawyer to turn my water on after 30 days without. Update: I lived there for 5 years the old management before they sold, had me on the lease. The new management that took over once they were bought by a national conglomerate "lost my paperwork" and only had my mother- on the lease. Mobile home park. Variety of living conditions
If I could get negative stars I would. Trying to get a hold of a real person is impossible. Constant notes on our door for violations that aren't even relevant or not even real. The person who does the violations will walk all the way onto your lot that you pay for and will go around all of your belongings that you own. Rent will also go up more than it ever should be and they will not even tell you why it is going up even when asked for itemized bill of what you are paying for...
