The workers are very rude, no customer service. A employee yelled at me because my baby in a stroller was in her way. I was getting food from the buffet and she went off on me because I had the stroller in front of me. I was busy getting our food and yelled at me to get out of her way so she can put food up. She could of Saud excuse me instead of yelling. Never again. I go to rouses now

Breaux Mart has empowered their lowest level employees to treat their customers terribly. Yesterday my daughter and I went to the Breaux Mart on Severn in Metairie after work because I wanted to help a local small business. The entire time we were shopping I was not wearing a mask. When I tried to pay for my products, the register boy ("Jordin B") and bag girl were extremely rude. I had an issue with Breaux Mart on Severn. I work near by and shop there regularly. On average, twice a month I stop by to get change. Never had a problem. I have been told before that I can only get a certain amount but never told "No". My assistant manager (who happens to be black) has gone twice this year to get change and is told "No" by manager (same manager each time). That is after an employee said it is ok.
