Impeccable customer service. 3 out of 4 bottles arrived in great condition. 1 bottle unfortunately broke in transit. Immediately I reached to Bre’Aunna and she was very pleasant and unapologetic. She replaced my 4th bottle for no additional charge and it arrive that next week. The only thing I notice is the plunger/Syringe used to pull the oil out the bottle can be difficult sometimes.
