Very polite place. Still waiting for a call back to sell me a furnace. All my information was taken, however I did not recieve a call back. Rating reflects their service. (Especially in the coldest time of the year)

I’ve had issues ongoing for 3 years with an older gas fireplace and multiple contractors try to fix the issues, None had seem to get to the bottom of what was happening. Breault’s staff came immediately and had extensive knowledge about the underlying issue and went above and beyond what I had asked for. Awesome job guys!

October 9th came by to do an estimate. Disconnected furnace (which is fine it wasn't safe) and said replacement would be around 3-4k which is also fine. Showed me pictures of choices. I called 3 times and still have yet to receive an actual quote or 1 single call back. He did say he was busy, but two weeks and still not a single call just to give me a price and get the process started? Thanks for just leaving me hanging. If you didn't want the job, say so would have saved me time.
