Most incompetent dental professional I have ever encountered. Completely mismanaged my case resulting in severe root and bone resorption (AKA so little bone + root length that the teeth are loose and at risk of falling out). Tried to brute force (6+ years of braces) his way into straightening my teeth when orthodontics only was clearly an inadequate treatment plan for an under developed maxilla. Dr is phenomenal. He evaluated my son's teeth and we left with braces the same day. We were also able to make arrangements of downpayment to assure we were able to afford them. My son was at ease and liked him and his staff!
What a nasty office! First of all, I had to wait 30 mins before anyone recognized I was there. Apparently the secretary went out for breakfast. When she came back she didn t even say sorry for the wait. I told her how long I ve been waiting and not a word from her! I kid u not! Ok well I figured that since I m there then might as well give the dentist a shot. WRONG!! I went there for an estimate for braces from a groupon deal and he wrote down an estimate on the back of a business card after he examined my mouth WITHOUT glov... read more
