You can hardly ever get them to answer the phone. Most days the WIC people the only ones who can do it will leave early if it’s not as busy as they expect or would like it or if they have personal matters, hardly ever at desk, slow, only offers there jobs to close friends or family as all other jobs in Breathitt Co. DO BETTER.

Amazing, helpful staff. I go for the needle exchange and the ladies are always so nice, so helpful and caring. Definitely a non-judgement zone and they care about making us comfortable and are so informative and encouraging!! Love them all!!.
