In a five day period, I used the BEMER mat three times for 8 minutes and the BEMER ankle wrap twice for twenty minutes. I have had right ankle pain and stiffness for several months. I had surgery on a torn meniscus in my knee. A few years later, as a result, I developed moderate arthritis in the same knee.
