RecommendedMy mother and I were first timers, I have horrible allergies. Within 20 minutes in the salt room my nose was clear! I was totally amazed because I had been breathing out of 1 side for almost 2 weeks. So far I haven't been stuffed up again. My mother said she felt really relaxed and energized. I can't wait to go back. It was so relaxing and my sinuses have not been this clear in months! I hoping it will help give some relief to my my psoriasis as well.

What a great experience! When I went into the room I didn't think that my nasal passages were not clear but after the first few minutes I felt a clearing high in the back of my throat--felt really good to breathe deeply! The next thing that I noticed was a softening of my skin--nice! Although I do not have symptoms that are noticeable I definitely will return for that feeling of well-being!
