Sadly so disappointed in this place. I used to feel this place was warm and cozy as a spa should be but past couple months there started feeling cold and uncomfortable and some employees like drama and gossip a little much. I wish it had not changed so much after some came into the picture. I just know I want to feel comfortable in a spa and it's just not that unfortunately.
Very well established facilities
I have called several times to make an appointment with no answer or call back. I have tried to schedule on line but no luck. I have two gift cards that need to be used. I also don't live in the area so I just can't walk in. I am hoping this grabs their attention so they can be more aware. Hoping to get scheduled soon.
A client scheduled an appointment online and when we showed up the place was closed 30 minutes prior.
