The technician that they sent out to Pearland, the burly guy with tattoos down his arm, was very unprofessional. He was foul-mouthed and aggressive, and struck me as an ex-con. Not the kind of person I would trust around my family or home.

Great bunch of guys. Helped us through a tough time. Ask for Mike, he knows his stuff and will give you only honesty. We already told my wife's sister about Breathe Pure because they need mold remediation too.

They confirmed an appt window to have someone by the name of Mike come by, then no one ever showed up. The appt was scheduled by phone ahead of time, so that I could take a day off work to be present. When no one came by, I called the office to get an update of what was going on. No one returned my call for hours, only to tell me they weren't able to get in touch with the scheduled serviceman, but promised they would follow up. They never called back. They didn't even have the decency to call and reschedule, let alone apolog... read more
