I attended a trial session in the past week and had a wonderful experience! The team is very friendly and the environment is fun and positive! I was very nervous about attending but the staff and other students were so welcoming - I couldn't help but have a nice time! Highly recommend to anyone looking to try pole dancing or even just push their comfort zone.
Fantastic studio that will make you feel welcome, would absolutely recommend to anyone from absolute beginners to those on the more advanced side of things.

I walked into the studio at the beginning of 2022 and I’ve never looked back. As someone with multiple prior injuries I thought I would have a difficult time with pole but the instructors at the Breathe studio have all helped me perform tricks and find other ways to accomplish my goals in a safe and supportive way.
