I joined Breathe Studio towards the end of last 2025 I requested my membership be cancelled after the 12 week locked in period, they did not cancel it and continued to charge me until the end of the year. I have contacted the owner & the studio about 10 times, I get no replies, and am still not refunded for the extra weeks I was charged. I have expressed how disappointed I am with this whole situation, the lack of communication & assistance has been awful.
Horrible administration. My card was charged without authorisation, they never told me about their 30-day cancellation policy when I signed up over the phone, and then continued to charge me after the 30 days were up. My emails, calls and voicemail asking for a refund have all gone ignored. I’m down $553 due to their unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and carelessness. That said, I cannot fault the classes, teachers or environment.
This is a great studio! The environment is welcoming, and Nic and the team excel at making everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, feel confident and safe while enjoying Pilates. Highly recommend.
This was my first time doing pilates and I loved it! Nicolette was lovely and I definitely challenged myself partaking in this class. Would definitely recommend!
The classes are awsome and challenging, as are the teachers, all of whom are super friendly, helpful and attentive to the students, which almost feel like private classes and which make us maintain the correct posture to avoid injuries. I highly recommend this studio :)
