I was having terrible lower back and hip pain about a month ago, to the point that I was having a hard time sleeping. I felt like I needed a massage, but not a “spa relaxation” massage. I needed a pro that would know what was causing the pain, and do some deep tissue work on that area. Great experience. With JP's knowledge of sports medicine and experiences, he was able to show me some areas of my imbalance and neuromuscular issues. After the first session, I have already felt some relief and lessening of my muscle spasms. So much more than massage.
