I took my first hot yoga class and Asherdee was absolutely amazing. She was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and guides you through each pose in an encouraging, supportive way, while still challenging you enough to get the most out of the class. I'm rewriting an old review as Google doesn't allow me to write a second (bummer)! Asherdee is absolutely incredible at what she does. I recently went in as I've been having major headaches and I noticed my upper back was rounding. And after one Integrative Massage session, W O W, the upper back rounding, GONE, could fully rotate my neck side to side, and I haven't had a headache since. Asherdee is an expert and will always give you what you need. She's the best of the best. Thank you for everything!
Every summer we look forward to our massages . This summer I had to fly back home for a tennis tournament and was having some limited shoulder motion. Asherdee helped immensely increasing my range of motion so much so that my serve was a huge improvement in speed! I am so thankful for all she does to help my body feel better each time I have an appointment! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I've been going to Asherdee for about 2 years now. She is by far the best at what she does in this area. I've been to quite a few places and was never fully satisfied. Her Integrative Medical Massage is amazing. She works out all of the tension, pinched nerves and resets my muscular tone so well. Her bedside manner is delightful 😊
