I have been increasingly dissatisfied with the experience at this facility for several reasons. Lack of Communication when classes are cancelled. Instructors do not turn up when there is a room full of members waiting. Lack of consideration to paying members when they express concerns. Removal of classes are constant. No one appears to be working during staffed hours. One of the worst Gym experiences.
