Best walk up style cut ever. I have naturally greying, thick and wavy hair - which means I usually get pushed to colour it, over-straightened and blandly cut. The stylist handled my hair like a boss, communicated clearly at every step of the way and took me from deeply depressing long bob to a wave enhancing mood enhancing wolf cut.
