We had a wonderful experience with Breathe Free Duct Cleaning. Booking the appointment was easy and flexible. The employees who came into our home to service the cleaning were friendly, did their work efficiently, knowledgeable, showed us pictures along the way of what they were finding in the duct work and kept things clean. They were thoughtful of protecting our walls from the tubes used to clean! 10/10 experience
The reason I hired them was I had a critter making racket in the dryer vent. They came and stuck a hose outside in the outlet. No idea if I still have a dead animal somewhere in the duct work or motor to the dryer. Disappointed not to have had success in locating the animal.
The staff did a nice job communicating the process. They were quick and work efficiently. The price was very comparable to other services.
THEY HALF-ASSED EVERYTHING having a 4.9 rating is astonishing. ONLY positive thing is that they arrived on time of appointment. some registers were cleaned, while most were only slightly cleaned, and one NEVER got touched. heavy build-up still in and all over the air return. black boot scuff marks left on the wall in front of the air return vent. they did no clean-up whatsoever, just took their supplies, collected payment, and left. there was dirt and debris left EVERYWHERE. the giant hose should have some type of covering a... read more
