I am from McAllen but I visit my son in Wells Branch often. I had wanted to have an ENT examine me at home but the wait time for an appointment was 3 months. Once here, I booked an appointment with Dr Taheri at Breathe ENT. I got the appointment very quickly, there were several choices for days and times. I arrived early to fill out the new patient paperwork. They give you a tablet and it's super easy. I think I only waited about 5 minutes before getting ushered into the exam room. Loved these guys. All the check-in staff were friendly and genuine. Very short wait time in lobby with a professional and friendly atmosphere. ENT Dr and assistant were very skilled and friendly with explanations of procedures and treatment options very clear. Definitely recommend this office!! Additional Went ahead with having surgery to correct a severe deviated septum. I have severe claustrophobia and so was very nervous about having the operation. So far we are very happy with Dr Taheri. He seems to be a very conscientious doctor. The office is pleasant and his staff is a 5 star.
Overall, a great experience. The doctor is very knowledgeable and the staff is Direct.
The staff is very friendly and professional. I was able to make an appointment quickly and was seen on time when that day came. Follow up appointment was scheduled and went off without a hitch as well. My concerns were addressed.
