GO HERE!!! Got my first hybrid massage/ stretch today from the owner, Emily, and it was the best massage of my life. Emily is so kind, professional, and incredibly talented. Clean, personable, relaxing, and inviting space. Can’t wait to come back!
I’m in my work truck up to 16 hours a day. I lift and try to stretch daily to keep my back, hips and hamstrings from tightening up and becoming even more problematic than they already are . As much as I stretch there are some angles , positions and depths of a stretch that i just simply am not capable of performing myself .
