Was a returning customer till today. I get a call that no one is home for the appointment they rang the bell literally stood a the door 2 minutes and left didn't get up a chance to come down the steps and open up. Got a call from the lady from the office and she was very cocky like she was paying for a service. I asked why didn't they call to let me know ,well you knew it was from 11 to 1pm yes I knew but didn't know I had to be right at the door knob when the got there. This company is A FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am the owner of Breathe Better LLC in Bayonne NJ. This company is using my Company name, and old address. If you call and are looking for services you should hear from Billy or Rose. Which is not the case.
Jay came out for an air duct cleaning and dryer vent repair at our commercial property at Bayonne NJ . He's very professional, and made sure everything was in top shape before leaving. He was little bit in rush but Overall I’m satisfied with the service .
Overall I had very good experience with Breathe Better they did what they were promised. I had Leo who came out to clean our air duct at my home in Bayonne NJ , and he was outstanding. He found mold in the system and recommended a UV light installation to prevent future issues. His knowledge made me feel confident in the service. Although Leo forgot to close the furnace door he came back on same day to fix it. You guys earned my 5 stars.
