Our open concept main floor now has a multi-zone ductless system with four indoor heads, as the original vents were unable to handle the increased airflow. The crew installed line sets in soffits, camouflaged the cassettes and wall units, carefully positioned the outdoor unit away from windows, checked for leaks and balance in each zone, and configured unique schedules using an app. There are no longer any hot or cold spots; everything remains precisely where we specified.
Full system tune-up plus coil deep clean. Delta T improved, efficiency up.
Emergency no-cool during family reunion. Tech found failed condenser fan motor, had matching replacement, installed, oiled bearings on others, tested full load. Party stayed comfortable.
