Lea has been very encouraging and helpful in answering my questions on massages and post healing therapy. She has always demonstrated empathy and understanding in this journey of post-op recovery. Lea is amazing. About a week and half after my surgery I was feeling lost and at my 1st appt with Lea ,I was so much more optimistic. She really took the time to explain and educate me on the process and the importance of MLD post surgery. It was a game changer and there has been so much more improvement with my results. I feel and look so much better after 2 sessions with her and I'm looking forward to a few more! I will definitely recommend this place and Lea's services with praise for anyone looking and needing MLD!!!
Had a perfect experience at Breath of Life. It’s everything you want: a peaceful environment (soft voices, warm tea, gentle music), attention to detail (warmed massage tables, pleasant fragrances), expert massage therapists (Brenda and Lea understand how the human body works and how the therapies they offer can be tailored to each individual person for wellness and relaxation). Lea was such a pleasure to meet and work with when getting my lymphatic drainage massage. I didn't know what to expect and she walked me through it all, explaining exactly what expect making me feel comfortable every step of the way. I was completely relaxed and at ease through the whole massage. I cannot wait to go back!
I feel so lucky that I found this place. Lea is so good at what she does, extremely informed and very experienced. I came to Breath of Life for lymphatic drainage, to help prepare for an upcoming surgery, and Lea has been amazing - she knew exactly what I was going into, and helped me get as healthy and prepared as possible. The surgery went better than expected (I know her guidance played a role in that!), and with their post-op support, I know I'm in great hands for my recovery.
