Breath of Life is a breath of fresh air. After my wife's numerous visits, and me sitting in the waiting room, I finally decided to experience an outstanding relaxation massage. Brenda worked my old joints and muscles into a pain free, soothing state. I went out and rode my bike that same day with zero hurt. I highly recommend a session or two to iron out any concerns. I should have listened to my wifey sooner.

Lea is amazing. About a week and half after my surgery I was feeling lost and at my 1st appt with Lea ,I was so much more optimistic. She really took the time to explain and educate me on the process and the importance of MLD post surgery. It was a game changer and there has been so much more improvement with my results. I feel and look so much better after 2 sessions with her and I'm looking forward to a few more! I will definitely recommend this place and Lea's services with praise for anyone looking and needing MLD!!!
Had a perfect experience at Breath of Life. It’s everything you want: a peaceful environment (soft voices, warm tea, gentle music), attention to detail (warmed massage tables, pleasant fragrances), expert massage therapists (Brenda and Lea understand how the human body works and how the therapies they offer can be tailored to each individual person for wellness and relaxation).
