This past summer, I was required by NJ to go through a DUI educational program for a first offense, slap-on-wrist DUI offense discharged on merit while visiting Delaware first semester of my sophomore year of college 22 years prior. It was years ago and was only for a short while but Ed Fernandez helped me out a great deal in my life. I wish I had more time to have seen him prior to moving away from the area, but he was a tremendous help while I was there.
Mr Ed Fernandez was very unprofessional, be careful of this man. He is shady
