Dr Coates is very knowledgeable and does a great job in CPAP setting changes. What a difference his experience has made for me!
My experience with the Breath of Life clinic has been exemplary. We are lucky to have Dr. Coats. He is incredibly knowledgeable, a great listener and explains information thoroughly. Dr. Coates and his staff are wonderful. The CPAP and the medication for restless leg syndrome are helping me enormously. I feel much more energetic now that I’m sleeping well.
Horrible. Waited months for an appointment, then the first sunny day (my appointment day) they called and canceled 2 hours ahead of my appointment time. Golf, anyone? Rescheduled me 6 more weeks out. After a few weeks they called to tell me Dr Coates would not prescribe anything and would only talk to me about behavioral modifications. They haven't even seen me! How can they tell what I need? My experience in office was great. But I got a bill and couldn't figure out how to pay it. I haven't written a check since 1998 (nor should any rational person since the advent of computers). I started to set up a BillPay since I couldn't find a website, then got distracted and forgot (only $18.79) then I got a past-due notice of 90-days and paid it by phone today.
