Kind instructor and thorough teachings
Fresh Start Health Care is completely unacceptable!!! they are refusing to release my and other's Med Aid certificate until some unnecessary “auditor” reviews it, even though my clinicals were already supervised and signed off by RNs and Virginia law does not require this extra step!!! I paid nearly $800, completed all required coursework and in-person clinicals, and now I’m being told this pointless review will take 14 BUSINESS days—nearly 20 days, basically a month. Fresh Start has been very helpful for me in obtaining and maintaining my certifications to keep my business running smoothly. They have gone out of their way to help when I had a family issue arise.
