What I've uncovered from the work I've done with Sally from Breath Artistry over the last few months has been life changing. Sally holds a safe and caring, comfortable space to delve into the dark and light parts of ones self both during the Breathwork and as importantly the take away. Thanks Sally. I wasn't sure in the beginning but now what you do makes so much sense.
Sally held an amazing space that allowed me to go deeper than I thought possible. I have done breathwork before but sally is a master at the practice. She is also kind and passionate about her clients wellness and is a true teacher.
As a newcomer to breathwork Sally has an expert understanding of the theory and holds a very suportive space for enlightening and healing sessions. Each session was unique and brought new things to my awareness for Integration. I recommend Breath Artistry for anyone curious about breathwork, or seeking to further their practice.
Sally has been so kind, attentive and patient in her role through guiding me in my breathwork journey. As a psychologist I am realising how integral breathwork is to healing the mind and body and Sally creates a safe environment to do this in. I highly recommend you try it for yourself 😊
