Very bad customer service stayed on phone for 15 minutes to listen to a stupid script she was reading she can't do a breast screen with a doctor referral very disappointed 😞
I had a very good experience at the breast screening centre. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional and caring. Radiology staff Sarah was especially friendly, kind, and provided outstanding service. She made the whole process comfortable and reassuring. Thank you to the team for the wonderful care.
