Had a great experience at BreastScreen WA. The receptionist was friendly and informative. Special thanks to the radiographer who made me feel calm and comfortable during my first mammogram. Her kindness really helped ease my nerves.👍👍👍
Had my breast screen done today, last time I went to Padbury but could not get in until August so decided to drive to Mirrabooka. They were fantastic, thorough and it was a pleasure as much as a breast exam can be, just lovely ladies, and I was in and out fast.
In the year 2017 I got a very bad experience in Wanneroo. Since then I dare not go for any Breast screening. Today appointment 2025 with Gail is so reassuring. She is patience with me and courteous and always ensure that I am feeling alright. Thank you Gail frm the bottom of my heart. Well done!!!🤗
Giving the star for the free government services provider. Zero rates for a person who takes mammogram. Her name starts with L. She provides very rude attitude to people who are non English native speakers or from other countries. Mammogram makes pinching compression to breast Which already is uncomfortable enough for women physically. She doesn't have sympathy and empathy. I highly suggest her please be nice and respectful to different people from different cultures.
Just wanted to say a big thankyou to Gail at the Mirrabooka branch. She put me at ease from the start. Very professional, extremely friendly. An asset to your company. Thank you.
