I was strongly advised by Breast Screen Victoria not to write a review or attempt to inform others that the hours of operation are not correct, contrary to what's posted here on Google. The hours are subject to your status as a privileged client or non- privileged person, as I was told. What does that mean I have no idea??? As a non-privileged person, which I am, clinic hours start "from" 2:00 pm till (a time they were not willing to discuss). I assume it's still Monday to Friday but they wouldn't confirm that either. All the staff are wonderful, very empathetic, warm and personable, making you feel relaxed which is really important when you get recalled to do more screening.. Karla looked after me today, so professional and lovely. The Dr was exceptional, carefully explained the results and answered all my questions with patience and providing great advice. Thank you!

Receiving a recall after my last BreastScreen caused me great anxiety. I am not brave when it comes to medical procedures! The staff at St Vincent’s BreastScreen were wonderful and provided a warm, positive, cheerful and friendly environment which set me at ease. I understand that medical staff are under the pump but these lovely people showed genuine care and kindness, which is really appreciated. Thankyou so much. I have highly recommended you to my family and friends.
