My mother has to come from 3 hours away to have a screen due to being unable to access the vans that come out totally. We spent 15 minutes wandering around Sturt Road looking for the clinic and it was in a completely different spot to what google maps says. The only sign is a small one on the front of the building that you could easily miss from a car. She needs assistance with her mobility and there’s stairs at the front of the building but no signs about where there’s a ramp (way around the back of the building apparently)... read more
Receptionist friendly and helpful but I found the radiographer cold and unfriendly. She was very efficient, almost robotic. She wears a mask, think I had her before. The experience itself was comfortable enough but she made me feel very uncomfortable, woman to woman it would have been nice to have a bit of a banter back and forward to make the experience easier. Might try another location next time.
Had my last 3 screens here. When googling for directions, saw they had 3.2 stars so had to leave a review. I've always found the staff incredibly friendly and also on time. They do everything to put you at your ease. Thank you!
Terrible painful and they honestly were hurting me and didn’t care. Asking me to stand in extremely awkward positions then treating me like I’m weak for not handling it. I walked out 1/2 way through never again if that was mens nut sacks they would never be man handled like I was or pushed around like that. Terrible
