Totally disgusting service - have waited close to 4 weeks with no sms re results. Given the history of my family with breast cancer - this is concerning. We have tried so many times to ring from 6 in place to 19 in line with an option to request a call back - 7 hours later no call back - this service should be defunded as lives depend on this service
