Unhelpful, very sad that they will put “professionals” like that without empathy and talking to us on a rush.
Unhelpful and unfriendly receptionist. Disappointing that someone with poor social skills would be placed in a position where she is the first point of contact for women who are having breast screenings.
Having a breast screen is not my favourite activity BUT Nita ( hope I have her name correct )was so professional and helpful. It was over in 10 mins . I highly recommend this clinic
