I have never experienced such care, consideration and compassion through healthcare like I did last week. I entered feeling stressed and anxious and I left feeling loved and looked after. I know, that every step of the way, I was cared for methodically and meticulously, ensuring a complete and comprehensive investigation was conducted. Such a positive experience in a very caring environment. I had to drive just over an hour to get to Nambour (not my normal Breastscreen location) but I am so glad I did! From the moment I stepped foot in the door, it was a welcoming experience, all the staff were friendly, the volunteer lady (sorry I can't remember your name) was just beautiful and couldn't be more helpful.
