Radiography lady was quite rude and I know I was a year over due. However no need to belittle and tell me I would have to wait four weeks for results and would likely get a call back. She should not judge and for me personally I will not return to this place for next one. A week later my email said all was fine. Reception lady was lovely.
The woman at the desk said firmly “you’re 3 minutes late”! I was one minute late! She then said “we are on a very tight schedule here”. She wasn’t very nice & that upset me. The radiographer was really nice & gentle but asked me what type of work I do. I don’t want to be discussing my job.

Radiographer lacked care kindness and understanding
My mammograms have always been very uncomfortable in the past but today’s was not a problem. I felt very relaxed. Lovely friendly staff.
