Friendly professional staff, no waiting, very punctual. The scans are done as gently as possible and I don’t find them unpleasant at all. They also take hardly any time at all. The reminders are helpful. The city location is lovely, quiet, intimate, in the corner of DJs 4th floor. When I am done I pamper myself with a nice lunch treat and some window-shopping which makes it all a very nice experience. I have been coming here for a number of years now and will continue to choose this lovely venue.

Went there today (Thursday) at 4pm after having called to check that it's open. I waited in the reception area for 15 mins when I realised there was NO ONE there (no receptionist, no radiographer, no one) so decided to call 13 20 50. First I was told someone will come and look for me, then told the clinic is closed on Thurs, next was told they are doing some maintenance today. YET, here I was inside the clinic, sitting there waiting with all the equipment and computers exposed with not one staff present. See pictures
Perfect service. I went for my first mammogram and the whole process was so much better than what I was dreading. Receptionist was wonderful and the technician, Annabella, was superb. In and out in 20 mins.
