I was very surprised by the incomprehensible rudeness & appalling behaviour of the receptionist Jane. No-one needs to be subject to this when simply going in for a test. I should have said something while I was there, although I shouldn’t have been put in this position in the first place. I definitely won’t be returning.
I found the staff to be so professional and kind Felicity and Lauren were kind and caring. The doctors were excellent and so professional and Zoe was comprehensive and informative in a warm and caring manner Their receptionist was So welcoming and nothing was a problem . I know how difficult it is to be upbeat all day long and I appreciated the effort.
